Banana Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl

As promised from Food Fix Up – here is Stefanie’s little girl’s favourite smoothie – the Banana Salted Caramel Smoothie! ‘The combination of these 5 ingredients is incredible” says Stef. I can’t wait to try this – this is going to be VERY good, I just know!

Ingredients:

2 Frozen Bananas

1/2 Cup nut milk

2 Dates

2 tbs Tahini

1/2 tsp Seas salt

Toppings – optional

Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth

Options – Stef  likes granola , cacao nibs, crushed pistachios, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds and a little drizzle of maple syrup… sounds heavenly!
