Frozen edamame beans
Add frozen edamame beans to boiling water and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
Tips: Keeping them al dente (slightly undercooked) will help preserve the vitamins and minerals in these beans.
Options: Add a dash of tamari or low salt soy sauce for extra flavour
